I am a marine biologist with a general curiosity about "how does the ocean function?" . This curiosity leads to a broad ecological backgroung on coastal nutrient dynamics, phytoplankton & zooplankton, as well as saltmarsh ecology.

Currently I am working as associate scientist for the Bremen International Graduate School for Marine Sciences (GLOMAR/ MARUM).
